Position: Manager (Sales & Marketing)
Location: [Dhaka, Bangladesh]
Experience: 5-10 years in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Financial Banking Core Products, including Notes Sorter, CRM, ATM, and CD.
About Us: Hayati Soft Corporation is a leading provider of cutting-edge cash management solutions, including Notes Sorter products, catering to the financial banking sector. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager (Sales & Marketing) to lead our sales team and drive growth in this competitive market. We are only one sole authorized Distributor of Glory -Japan
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our Notes Sorter products and other cash management solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in the financial banking sector.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with product development teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)/B.Sc in Engineering.
5-10 years of proven sales and marketing experience in financial banking core products.
Strong knowledge of cash management products, including Notes Sorter, CRM, ATM, and CD.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
